Discreet care. Thoughtful conversations. Meaningful Change.
About Jay Cooley's Practice
Many people come to therapy after spending a long time struggling to hold things together. You may be functioning on the outside while carrying anxiety, grief, trauma, burnout, relationship strain, identity questions, or the quiet exhaustion of having to stay "fine" for too long. This practice is designed for people who want both emotional support and the tools to shape your own life. Therapy here is warm, direct, and collaborative.
We work at a pace that respects your privacy, your story, and your capacity for change. Routine therapy records are kept using a privacy-centered, paper-based model rather than a traditional electronic health record system. Documentation is focused, professionally appropriate, and limited to what is necessary. The goal is simple: to offer a private, grounded place where serious things can be spoken clearly, understood deeply, and worked with good natured honesty. We understand getting access to mental health care shouldn't interfere with the rest of our life. To accommodate that this practices hours are M-F 5pm to Midnight, and Saturday 8am-Noon.
